Alif Ovens manufactures and exports industrial bakery and packaging machinery for biscuit plants, bread and rusk production lines, and commercial bakery operations across India and 33+ export markets.
The company designs and manufactures industrial plant, including fully automatic diesel and gas fired travelling ovens for biscuits, bread, and rusk baking to ISO 9001:2008 quality standards. Machinery is built for consistent output, fuel efficiency, and long-term use.
Alif Ovens also undertakes complete biscuit and bread plant and project work on a turnkey basis, providing end-to-end solutions from raw dough preparation through to finished product packing.

Two Decades of Growth
Founded
Mr. Rizwan Khan establishes Alif Ovens in Mumbai, drawing on the guidance and business discipline instilled by his father, Mr. Abdul Qayyum Khan.
First Export
Began exporting to South Asian and African markets, marking Alif Ovens' entry onto the global stage.
Factory Expansion
Expanded the Mumbai facility to approximately 10,000 sq. ft. with advanced CNC machinery and dedicated assembly lines.

Machinery now actively operating in bakeries across 33+ countries, from Bangladesh to Nigeria to Saudi Arabia.
Quality and Certification
Before leaving our facility, every machine is run at rated capacity — burners calibrated, temperatures verified zone by zone, and mechanical assemblies load-tested — to ensure it arrives ready for production.
